Life Insurance for 68 with Bipolar Disorder

I only say that based on the SI products I've worked on. They still have rejection health histories. Some have 4-6 tables built into them, but if you exceed that you're declined.

I'd try to call whatever company you're considering submission with and get to an underwriter, see if you can run the case across them to save everyone time. I personally would consider this client a decline for SI too. 3 hospital events in the past year is just considered "uncontrolled".

It's not my case but if it were I would not be the least bit concerned about getting it placed.

Most of the applications ask if you are "currently" hospitalized. I have found it's best to not talk to underwriters. Especially about something that's not on the app. They have a tendency to read between the lines.

Based on what has been posted, RNA and American Continental will take this at level all day long.

When I was hired, I was told "Your job is to be a nosey weazel". Turns out that was less a joke and more truth than I ever expected.

That's probably a good thing and I didn't intend to disparage your job with what I posted earlier. But SIWL for FE is a different animal that what you seem to have worked with.

The application is pretty much the underwriting. Most are table 4 at standard so the risk is built in. Some FE companies have a problem with mental issues. Most do not.
