The MLM style is great for the people at the top. All debts roll up and if you have 5-10 layers between you and the new agent, then you don't care how many they recruit at what levels. Any of the biz that sticks is profit and anything that charges back rolls to the immediate upline. Even if he fails out of the biz, there's a half dozen or more between them and the top.
If we all could have gotten into LH or SL a decade or more ago and worked our pants off, we could have done that too. It would be very difficult, almost impossible, to replicate a Bradley Jennings at LH today.
Has anybody noticed how much info has been shared about LH without any slams, attacks, put-downs?
Yeah,, I don't know of any of the IMOs that would not jump at the chance to recruit a producer and his down line away from LH...Let's not act like people don't have free will. LH hires A LOT OF PEOPLE AND TRAINS THEM DECENTLY (depends on up line). You EFES guys love hiring them right? Or it seems that way across LinkedIN.
If you start working for LH and you don't do your research before, well, who is that on? How is it their fault?

Depends on the agent as to whether LH is a terrible deal for the agent. I have known agents that couldn't mike it as an Indy but prospered after going to LH..Lh is a terrible deal for the agent. But if someone signs up with them, that is on them.
Other recruiters act as if it's not their fault to show sympathy. But they have an ulterior motive
