Is it possible to get contracted with LH at 100% contract if you do not buy leads ?
I've had managers hitting on me with their stories,offers from 60% to 80% Even when I tell them I do not want their leads.
They may have a decent product,service if an agent can get street level anywhere from 100% to 120%.
Anybody been offered the higher numbers ?

When I was with them I started at 95% and was moved to 100% after a few months. I was on the lerad program. You are talking to the wrong managers.

A better question would be, why do you want LH anyway?

What makes you think they have a decent product?

They have the highest amount inforce in FE,strong ratings. Would like to have in my tool bag under the right circumstances.

There are other companies that have good ratings that have much better rates for your clients and commissions for you. As to how much a company has in force, that means nothing.. It does not mean they have good rates, commissions or even that they pay claims any better than anyone else.. Sounds as if you have been drinking the kool-aid that someone has furnished you.

At least that's what LH will tell you. I've never seen the proof that substantiates their claim of "having the most inforce", or "sells more than any other company".

We keep hearing their claims, but no one has ever been able to furnish the proof on this. Not that I've seen anyway.

No Rouse,no kool-aide,no pep rallys,ra ra meetings. I'm just curious to see if any manager will come on this Forum with a higher street level offer for an agent who will get his own leads. If they cater to,have a program for professional agents,let a manager step up so we can see what he's got.
All I've been hearing on this Forum is about manager's making $ off the backs of neophite agents.

It doesn't matter if they come on and offer you 130% contract, that won't lower their rates or make them a better fit.
