In california the agency that I work with has written 655,335 LH applications for over 11mil in ap so far this year. California is well fertilized you should set up shop here if you make a living replacing LH policies.

I can't even remember the last time I didn't replace a LH policy that I came across. The problem is that we can't find them here anymore. Newby has used up just about the inventory that I missed.

I think the agency you are with is giving you the mushroom treatment.

Makes sense on the number of apps. 11MM is nothing to sneeze at YTD. It does amaze me that some of these large agencies have stayed loyal to LH, they must be paying some huge renewals or something.
