Lincoln Heritage

Each kind of stands alone. When they are 25 it falls of like a term policy and they have to re apply for a regular policy.

Would you really be concerned with your renewals falling below 250 a month with any company. You only have to write 25k ap to replace 250 a month in renewals that falls off. 25k a year! Some agents can do it in one month. A full time agent should never worry about their account falling below 250/month. And I've been showing my true character since the fist time I posted on this site.

With one company it's very easy for them to fall below $250 for a month. That doesn't give you the right to steal them. The only company out there that does so is LH.

Yes, you have been showing your true character from the start. I should have said you finally admit to it.

You also expect someone to believe that LH is paying agents 10% renewals.

And this great benefit of the FCGS does not benefit the buyer at all until they have had the policy for two years. Do you tell them that basic truth? I thought you getting the mushroom treatment but now I know that you are a mushroom farmer.

No one has ever debated that LH has an expensive FE product. But regardless of the price or the legal tax bracket the the fcgs. Lincoln still honors their claims and the fcgs works.
People buy policies from me because im the only one that has ever presented a complete plan.

If you are selling final expense for the sole purpose to cover a funeral then you are already a step ahead.

The agency I work with has been doing it this way for 50 years. The companies change the planning changes the rates change. But we still sell the same thing. That's why they write 2mil ap a month. And that's how I've been able to break 100k a month in ap for my group.

you found my secret!

Thanks, but you failed to answer my second question. What happens to the FCGS membership if the client lapses the LH policy?

Pre paid policies are never really guaranteed anyway. If a new company buys a funeral home they don't have to honor all the old contacts. Same goes for an insurance company that goes under.
nothing is guaranteed in life.

If the funeral home exists in ANY form (new owner, old owner, etc.) and it sold guaranteed preplan insurance it HAS to honor the guarantee. In some states if the consumer transfers it for ANY reason, the new funeral home MUST honor the guarantee.

As a LH agent, I would expect you to know this. After all LH was a huge seller of guaranteed funeral preplan policies for over 25 years. Are you saying they don't honor their price guarantees? Aren't they still in business but under a new name?

I have a couple of contracts that stop payment after commissions drop below $50.00 per month and I thought that was awful.. I am use to it being $200.00 or so in the previous year.

As for a true FE man never retiring, I just hope he doesn't have a prolonged illness where he can't work or that his widow is not depending on the renewal income.

Yes, I'm sure the lowest earth burial the funeral home could provide was $12,000+ until your miracle workers greased some wheels.

Yeah, keep selling that one!

You guys are missing the whole concept. All you think is money money money.
But I can't hold it against you. After all we are insurance people that is our business.
But its not just how much money they save, or if there will be 500 or 1000 left over after the funeral. People buy LH policies with the fcgs so there family doesn't have to go through terrible hardship when someone dies. So a husband doesn't have to sit with a funeral director the day after she died and pick what songs his wife liked the most and what her favorite flower was.
Thats why people buy LH it even though its more. There are agents that provide this service for free but not many.

And to those of you that can do this very same thing for your clients but for cheaper. Good job!!!!!

I hope your getting paid well for your hard work because I am!

I still would appreciate knowing what happens to the FCGS membership if the LH policy is lapsed.
