A SCOTUS ruling made today indicates that FFM Subsidies are here to stay for the foreseeable future. At least that's how the author of the article interprets it..

That was good. I like this one too.
GOP Senator Chuck Grassley Reportedly Called Supreme Court Case Attacking Obamacare 'Ridiculous' | ThinkProgress
HouCoogster, it saddens me to learn Senator Grassley is not firing on all cylinders.
""According to Brill, when he asked Grassley about King, the senator initially "didn't even know what the suit was about." Once Brill explained the suit to Grassley, the senator responded "oh, that's ridiculous. We obviously meant that the subsidies would go to the federal exchange and not just the state exchange," according to Brill.""
OMG..Two Red Flags from just one paragraph.
1. Grassley didn't know about the FFM Subsidy Lawsuit until recently.
(I bet he gets called for jury duty often!)
2. He proclaims that in helping to craft the ACA, he "obviously" meant that subsidies should be moved through the Federal Exchange, as well as the State Exchanges. The problem with this assertion is that there was no Federal Exchange when the Affordable Care Act was crafted. The Federal Exchange was created after most states decided not to set up their own Exchange.
So... ObamaCare is made in the image of Grassley and those who think like him? That explains a lot!

The Supreme Court will hear the "Federal Subsidies are Illegal" argument this Wednesday.
Hatch's updated "Escape Hatch" plan was published last night. Actually, it's just a stop-gap.
