Look for the "Escape Hatch" W/SCOTUS

You obviously have ZERO knowledge and experience

You don't have a clue.

its [sic] agents like you that we ... have to clean up after.

my financial planners love people like you

I make you look like an ***.

When I read posts like the above by agents expressing such anger and animosity... over nothing, I'm reminded of this line by Shakespeare:

"Hell is empty and all the devils are here."
-The Tempest: Act 1, Scene 2

If you keep quoting Shakespeare, you should expect more of the same.

Yes Sir!

Hey, that's my justification...

I Ratt N' Roll.................... Therefore I am.

No objection to selling Obamacrap. But not knowing how much it harms the taxpayers is a different issue.

BTW, I feel the same about MA. I resent paying more for them than original medicare. Yet they exist so I help people enroll.

Ending these programs would cause me to shift my focus as far as what I sell. And save the taxpayers trillions.

Greensky, I think you have summarized very well the sentiment that most agents feel with the new PPACA law. We may not agree with the law, nor the methods, but our clients need insurance, so we steer them to the highest quality choices that they can afford, given the options that exist in the open market.

Peeler is quoting Dickens, NYLife11023 keeps quoting Shakespeare... If someone begins arguing with Bible verses, I'm outta here!

That's a very rational explanation, expressed without any hint of personal animosity and antipathy toward those who might disagree; a position which I think most reasonable people in and out of the industry would accept.

That said, I respectfully beg to differ with your logic.

And oftentimes excusing of a fault
Doth make the fault the worse by the excuse,
