Looking for a Dental Vision Hearing type plan in Minnesota

How about United National. They're GTL's sister company. Their plan is a stand alone, but it doesn't have the hearing. I'd rank them 3rd, behind Manhattan and UCT.

I guess if none of those are available to you, I'd go with Ameritas. They don't pay very well, I think it's 20% commissions.

Wow, not much for you to choose from. I guess you can offer Ameritas, and hopefully one or more of the others will eventually get approved in the Land Of 1,000 Lakes.
