Looking for IMO/Leads

Hello again!

I have been away for a while and for good reason, LH was a bust!:err: I am currently looking to start back up in the FE field :yes:and I need somewhere to send my business. I am in the LA/OC/Riverside area of CA.

Are there any lead programs/companies that any of you are having success with?

I would like to speak with you. You can contract direct with SNL - Security National Life. We even have an employee manager in OC. He will personally work with you and do any training. We have a lead co-op program plus good commissions. www.SNLFinalExpense.com.

I recommend Redbird Agents. Top contracts plus training. Also, a discounted lead program that has the DM leads sent direct to you from the prospect.

+1 on SNL. They might have the best lead co-op plan out there. Great rates too.

Sorry for not getting back to any of you, had to vacate the area for a few days without internet access.

So as far as the LH experience...I was writing and drowning myself in leads, but the drill down of advances, commission, lead debt etc ends up with an average of $145 paid per policy. I cannot live on that and I am sure most of us cant. working 50 hours to write 5 apps and make squat...no thank you.

Also, LH has some managers that need to be curb stomped back to reality. The way they speak to and treat their agents is appalling.

I have spoken with Todd and actually have a few of his contracts already. I am looking for somewhere that I don't have to pay upfront for leads and they aren't taking 70% to pay them back with every policy written! I have no problem taking a lower contract to get there.

So far I have Royal Neighbors and 5Star @ pretty high contracts

I understand wanting the leads paid for upfront, but I hope you realize that either way, you will pay for those leads. You're basically asking for a loan with the promise that you'll end up paying them back (with lower commissions), but the worse part is that it's a never-ending payback!

If you succeed in selling FE, there will be a day when you wished that you had begged, borrowed, or stole to buy your own leads. I'm not suggesting you do any of that, just a thought to put out there.

That day had come some time back with LH. I am just looking for somewhere I don't have to pay $1000 and wait weeks for a return on my investment. I am leaning more toward telemarketer leads only because I can receive them in 2-3 days.

That will probably work fine to begin with, but I still suggest to save as much money as you can off of your sales so that you can start doing some direct mail.

Todd has a good point. It's tempting to have someone finance your lead program, but at 85% contract you are giving up at least 25% of your gross AP. for every 10k of AP,that's $2500.
You can buy a 6k mail drop for that amount. Even if you only write 2-3 per thousand dropped at the higher contract.......do the math.
No brainer.

You want to mail every week, on a consistent basis so that you don't have to wait 2-3 weeks for new leads to come in.
