Loss of Likes in Comments View

I see the likes on your post....even though I think it's unnecessary. Professionals don't need accolades like that to build their own self-esteem or to determine what might be valuable input.

When people come to the forums, it's helpful to generally get a sense of who to listen to... and who may just be new. Doesn't make the post more meaningful or professional... just helpful to see if someone has been considered a valuable contributor over time.

And although @DHK and I don't agree on everything we totally agree on the use of likes because its "helpful to generally get a sense of who to listen to". People that have put the time in to get a lot of Likes [and I prefer to term Helpful Comments, or something less facebooky, but..] should be someone that you are more likely to pay attention to.

I mean look at @Markthebroker 's ratio of Comments to Likes.

Yes. Plus the fantastic hair, stylish cape, and we haven't even addressed the fact that I have the gift of flight.
