Surehits was the industry leader back in the day - they seem to be used on a very small amount of properties, so it does seem like they are ratcheting down, if you look at any site that has Insurance click listings - most are using BrokersWeb/Vantage/Katch, MediaAlpha, Everquote, Quotelab, AllWebLeads.
