Same here. Monumental does amendments for sport.

Had one where they needed a phi. So I go out, call the company and tell the examiner my name and that I was setting up the PHI. She had a cow over me being there. Wanted me to hand the phone to my client and leave the room. Yeah, right. She kept asking her if I really left the room. She just looked at me and winked.

I had the same thing recently. They were having trouble getting him on the phone so I stopped by and we called them together. The phone interview took about 30 minutes. They went over the whole application from start to finish and then asked several questions not on the application. They asked him about replacements and even after he told them he didn't have any insurance presently they asked him if he understood replacements.

I hate doing business with them.That's why I said in the tread about them going away, good riddance.

Americo is that way too. Except they will insist that the agent leave. The Mon one I did the lady asked me to leave but I told her he was using my phone because he was out of minutes on his and I wasn't leaving without my phone. She went ahead with the interview after that.

On my deal I sarcastically told the phone troll that the home was an open concept so I could see the client from the living room. So how does that help. She said I should go wait in the car or just leave. I about bit the end of my tongue off. I think this was my first deal with them so I just assumed they were looking at me closer. Still ticked me off.

Its still early. Mine started coming in after 2 full business weeks. I ended up with a 2% return

Ok, thanks. I will post my results. Although, a one time 1k mail drop probably isn't the best barometer.
