Does anyone know what type of things Monu ask in their random interviews?? I just looked into my back office & saw they ordered 1 on my client whos only 37 (mother bought it for son), hes diabetic. Shannon isnt sure, so if anyone can help me, so I can inform the client, that would be helpful, thanks.

And if anyone knows what Americo ask (for future ref), Id be grateful, thanks?

They ask the questions straight from the app. and medications and about anything that sticks out from MIB. What I was told from a client, the whole thing was over in less than 15 min.

That's different that the story I got from clients about Monumental's interview. They all said it was long and invasive and asked about many things not on the application.

In every case it was issued, but the folks weren't happy with it.

Americo sticks strictly to the application except for meds. Since those aren't listed on the application they will ask about stuff from the Rx check. Every phone interview that's been by Americo on my clients has also been approved.
