My favorite calls from India is where you can't understand them but get through about 5-10min of policy verifications with them. At the end of the call they ask you to fax/e-mail a copy of the dec pages.

Just waste my time more please.. dec pages already go to the lender 30 days prior to every renewal.

I might add that a Fax Number is a much easier follow up to share on a voicemail than an email address. And "fax spamming" no longer seems to be a thing.
