Most Lucrative?

The most lucrative thing right now is selling bogus leads to unsuspecting agents. You make make big money fast.

I've been licensed for over 35 years so when I make a suggestion you damn well better listen.

The way to make big money is to start a solar company, get a huge "loan" from Obummer, and then file for a BK.

You're welcome.

Don't forget to sell that company to the Chinese before you walk away.

That one has been done before.....It also requires you to have as part of the company someone who was a major campaign contributor or bundled.

From my point of view, the most attractive thing about FE is the underwriting process, (when I was selling MP, I can't tell you how many declines I had). It's great to walk out of a house with a decision in hand.

I really want to get into P&C for the renewals but life is looking more attractive at the moment since the money is better upfront. Solves my problem of leaving a high paying job, but doesn't solve my problem of figuring out how to make a million dollars per year...:skeptical:

How much better are renewals in PC insurance?

With P&C you get the same commission for the life of the policy. So if I get 15% on an auto, I'll get 15% forever, as long as the policy stays on the books.

But 15% of $100 a month is a long ways from 105% of $50 a month. I sure do miss those fat FE commissions.

The biggest commission I've gotten in the last year for one P&C policy was $540 for a single auto.

The last FE policy I sold before converting to P&C the commission was $760. Just got the last month of premium deposited to my account a few weeks ago.
