Mounumental & Stints

I met with a 77MNT yesterday who had a $3000 policy level with Mounumental. It was written 2 years ago. He has had copd for about 5 years and also has had 7 or 8 stints starting in 2004 with the last one about 2 years ago. He has PAD and has also had stints in his legs.

Will mounumental approve that guy level?

True! I was thinking level graded modified. Monumental is preferred standard graded. My bad. Another words he can't get the cheapest price with them.

Stent look back is 1 year with Mon/Trans and would normally be put in a Standard Rate, 2 years and preferred may be offered....

Combined with COPD it is no less than Standard (2 years or more since Stents) to possible Graded (1-2 year with Stent)....

Any CHF meds will get a graded for certain to a decline...

Depends on if it is taken for Angina/Chest Pains or CHF....

Trans RX Guide for FE - Ages 45-85
Angina - Based on date of diagnosis: Within 1 yr-Graded; Within 2 yrs- Standard; Over 2 years- Preferred

CHF - Taken within 1 yr- Graded; Within 2 yrs-Standard; Over 2 yrs- Preferred if CHF resolved

My experience with them is if there is any other issue, then you will get Standard as a minimum to Graded.

Ben Boman no worries you are the best up line I'm sure you sent it lol. I get a ton of emails everyday though I will check my inbox
