I do telesales yes and have for a while. Marketing for it... No not here.

His approach is spoon feeding the segments in the training model.
The demo for the group I surmised were sales newbies in their 30's.
I did a ride-along, he is linear and very proficient in closing.
No real issues other than the starting commission % pre-$50K production seemed a bit capricious...
If your are older and more experienced in sales with a solid portfolio of success in any sales vertical...there are other options out there.
On the other hand, if you need the comfort and security of being part of a group with similar peer experience...FEMentor is a great fit.
