Multi State Groups (under 50)

I have been running into some problems with writing group health on multi state groups. It seem that some of the carriers with national networks are not writing employees in certain states.

Florida & Texas seem to be the big states for excluding employee coverage.

I knew about Florida but did not know about Texas.


Anyone have insight on what is going on in Texas for a DOI or state mandate standpoint?
