I'll call, can I have half of your commission???
Well JD, I have no idea how much coverage she got, but after seeing how big a difference it can be....it maybe worth another try. The problem isnt really what to say JD, its how to approach? Im sure if I just show up at her door, she'll remember me and remember she told me she wasnt interested.
So Im thinking of calling, but how or what to say to have her give me a chance (above & beyond what I said today) or having someone very exp at telemarketing call instead. So I think I need a fresh voice or maybe someone non-threatening like a girl to call & see if I can get in the door....I gotta get in there somehow!!!
Anyone wanna call for me?? LoL
This is an easy sale for someone that is experienced. I hope you can help this lady out, and make some money at it. Experience makes a big difference, but you can do it. I'd call her and tell her that you need to come by and lower her premium, that you realized she is paying too much... call her in a week or two. I could get you in the door guaranteed. I'm not licensed in CA. You want me to call her for a flat fee? Not a percentage. Say $50? Only paid if you get in and sell her. I don't want the money but i will be on the phone with her for a few minutes and you will make big bucks on it. I do these deals every day.
Sending her a letter would do nothing. It would end up in the trash. She needs a phone call, and if she is resistent, I would get her sons or daughters Ph # and explain to them why she needs to meet, as she could increase her coverage for the same amt of premium like JD said.
She is paying about $116/mo for $10,000 face. Would be about $83 with RNA. About $82 with Mon.
What I would do is tell her she can get $14,000 coverage for what's she is paying for $10,000.
No, what I would really do is, offer her a little over $12000 for $100/mo. Saves her money each month and get her more coverage. Looks great from both sides.
I just talked to a guy today that just bought a policy last week. He was 69 and I could only save him $5/mo. That's enough usually, but instead of telling him I could save him $5/mo I told him I could get $1000 more coverage for the same premium. He could change fast enough.
I've been running into a nest of Columbian inventory lately. I've actually had two call-ins this week asking me to review Columbian policies they just bought and replace them if I had something better. I definitely had other things to offer them.
Had another one last week. Columbian may become the new LH. I like them.
Yeah, I love to replace those as we have a couple of lying agents coming into this area and selling it. The thing with CFG is that you can't replace it 3 and 4 years later and still lower their premium like you can with LH.
