My 1st LH Client!!

I need to help a couple cancel their LH plans that I replaced. Anybody know if they are going to give my clients the run around? Should I be on the phone with them?

I don't know how it works in AZ, but in my home state we just fax a letter into the HO. This seems to work fine. Even had one with over $1,000 CV that returned it within 30 days (no Notary required).

Yeah the problem is that the rep in their home office told me it takes at least 5 business days to "process" the fax and cancel the policy. The clients next payment was scheduled for next Monday, so that wasn't an option. Amazing that it takes so long to cancel a policy.
 
TDF, remember something sparked her interest to fill out and send in the card. Ive had many seniors bark at the door but then be sweet as cherry pie when I come back ( a week or two ).
Sometimes you have the upper hand coming back because some seniors will be remorseful for being so abrasive at the door.

If you believe in your heart you can help her, go back look her in the eyes and ask" mrs jones what was your reason for filling out this card" remember to give her choices so hopefully you get the answer your looking for and build on that.
