With HCO, we know their intentions. They paid for the spot, completely up front and honest. Starting a misleading thread to recruit is dishonest. If you truely wanted to contact those in which you never returned their messages (being busy is a B.S. excuse anyways, but that's neither here nor there), why couldn't you shoot them a PM or email back? Or worst case, on this thread you could have written "if you called or PM'd me in the past and I didn't reply, I apologize, send me one more if still interested." (without all the rest of the B.S.).
John and Rick add value to the forum, they didn't start misleading threads to plug their services. I personally wouldn't do business with someone showing that type of character, no matter how good their service. Luckily for you, not everyone is like me.

This "apology" is guised as an attempt to recruit agents in a downline.
