Like I have stated before I am not a big producer and my Transamerica, MOO and Lafayette contracts are higher than what you offer.

Yeah, usually matching what people have is no problem.
specialy if agent plans on using that company quite a bit.

But mostly what I've seen is, once an agent gets going they tend to lean toward other companies that are easier to work with.
