Not sure about that, but it does appear the Zapping didn't take. It more backfired than anything. But you have to give the guy credit, he is relentless.
I don't see where it backfired at all. You mean the mention of the Allstate Suit? Well its public info right? I mean sooner or later someone would search, Warren Zapp & with a little digging find it. Now if I brought it up, it would have appeared that I was circling the wagons so to speak. Bob bringing it up now gives me an audience & a stage to share with others what terrible libelous & slanderous things were said about me by the Allstate agent mentioned.

You're pretty dense, aren't you? You'd thought you come on here and tell everyone how bad Bob is. The reality is, everyone who has done business with him only has good things to say. Even when it didn't go well, most people still think well of Bob.
You are bitter, beyond bitter. Things didn't go well for whatever reason and you want to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
Losing $600 sucks, of course you really didn't lose it at all. But my god, if after 28 years in business I can't afford to stomach a loss of $600, shoot me now. I've lost a lot more than that in bad marketing many years already. It isn't the end of the world.
Quite frankly, you come across as a complete and utter failure. I really hope that isn't the case, but it definitely is the image you project. I hope you aren't this bitter off the forum as it will definitely affect you both personally and professionally.

He wants to argue about 5 days(bob) or 7 days (zapp) as if the two days are important.
My point to him that he fails to get is either 5 or 7 days are far too short and 62 quotes are far too few to decide. That is where the lack of respect for his opinion comes from. 60 days 90 days and at least 100 make a more reasonable argument for him. Not 5 or 7 days and 62 leads.
I think he got more leads faster than he could work them properly, so he paused them.
Rather than talk to anyone at HTQ for advice/help in lead management ideas, he snubbed them as you can see from his posts here, he is much too successful to listen to the common people.
From his posts I think he created a problem for himself and now blames everybody else for his problems. He can't see his hands in this mess.
It basically all starts with the inability to listen to other people who tried to help him manage what appears to be a new venture in using online leads. His refusal to listen to advice because he's too good as an agent, helped create his problems.
One of the reasons I come here is to learn things I don't know that might help my business. I don't have it licked, I don't know all the answers, I don't have every marketing idea down. But the difference between zapp and I is that at least I am willing to listen to advice from people who have experienced similar situations before me. I learn from their successes and comments on their failures.
I sorta feel sorry for zapp as he basically doesn't want help, doesn't want advice to help him. He just wants to sink on his own. There's stubborn and there is stupid. To be stupidly stubborn is a bad combination.

It's clear you are just here to stir it up & try to do some damage control for really, having started the latter part or this discussion on 5-7-2015.
You have made some accusations that are out there, unrealistic & without merit or support. Then when those accusations are quelled, you instead of acknowledging it, just spin it differently.

Kirby T. is young & his comments reflect that. There isn't much there that one can respond to, it’s pointless, as it's layered with a level of general hatred and lack of time being a Risk management specialist.

I refuse to believe this is the norm. The name calling, some hiding behind handles instead of using actual names. Some avatar’s that a lot consumers would find offensive.

I have noticed that the majority of folks responding don’t appear to be offering the lines of business being discussed. I know nothing about all that medigap,care, supps. Etc,. I have seen terms like “open enrollment” being used. Maybe it’s just a down time & stirring it up is a nice departure, regardless of whats being stirred.

Winning a forum discussion won't save you from your situation. Maybe it's a diversion, but you appear to be a guy melting down as your situation becomes more apparent. Allstate declined mediation in your case, that means they want to squash you. That's where your attention should be. I mean if it were me and my family was going to be involved, my a ss certainly wouldn't be here arguing over 5 or 7 days.
Nobody's suing my a ss, I am stuck in a hospital bed with limited work opportunities right now, so I can play all day here and not hurt my family. I also have two good DI policies in place.
Why are you fighting here, when clearly you have bigger fish to fry? Do you even have a lawyer to defend you?
