Navigators Wanted - $48 Per Hour

Hey, this sounds like FUN! It will only take the Navigators (30) hours to certify online to be a Navigator...! But wait....if you're a NASTY insurance licensed person you NEED NOT APPLY! Conflict of interest you know...so go and skulk in your dark dens of insurance...

Pursuant to §155.215(b)(1), Navigator personnel, project leads, senior executives, non- Navigator assistance personnel, and non-Navigator assistance project leads would be required to complete a training program to obtain certification consisting of up to 30 hours of training including any approved certification exams. There are recordkeeping requirements associated with the certification and recertification provisions.:D

I was told by an Anthem rep that I would be selling in and off the exchange in Ohio...not sure I want to jump through those hoops. But then again Ohio is the highest premium hikes in the nation (82% by 2017...more like 2015), could be worth it;)

CA agent training will be 8-12 hours online (like AHIP).

From my Anthem RSM this evening:

I have just returned from the future and met with a navigator – do you think you can compete with him?

Oakland and Berkeley – those dudes are a dime a dozen!

Time to make adjustments and get on with it!

So where do we sign up? $48/hr with benefits and not having to worry about commission, that is better than what most agents make. Even the $20/hr is better than what an average agent makes and again, get benefits and no worries about production.

That's exactly what I said. Where do I find the place to apply? I'm all in for this.

That's equivalent to a full time pay of $40k to $96k annually ($48 an hour x 40 hrs a week x 50 weeks a year is $96k).

The easiest way to calculate full time pay is to just take the hourly wage and double it or x by 2. So if you make $48 per hour, 48+48=96 (one less mathematical calculation/step)

This comes in handy especially when you are racing somebody to solve annual salary OR if you want to look like you can do math super quick in you head.
