Dead give away on this Davis group site, we cover just about everybody and on one simple application with no mention of rates. On the contract signing page it has SL as the company...

Matt? Seriously? You're gonna jump on the band wagon brother? Well..OK. See...we have broker contracts. Most of the time, you must get my contract and place a certain amount with us but stil pay a higher rate.

Now...every once in awhile I will make an exception. Take for instance...someone on here pm'd me that helped me out recently. he asked if I could get HIM leads. The only response I gave him was "send me your areas and we will see". I'm not going to waste his time or mine. We mainly generate for telesales agents IF we do it for outside agents.

Do any of you see people talking about our leads??? No. Because we rarely sell outside our company. So all the "Columbo's" can relax.

There's no secret's here. But thanks everyone for checking out the site! Appreciate it.

I worked some of their leads, actually I called 5 leads one time, I need to call them again. I worked them f2f and made a 20:1 ROI. It could have been luck but if so I am always that lucky.

The leads might be fine, I have no qualms about that. I just couldn't resist laughing my ass off when I seen Senior Life as there carrier. If I can order leads without being a part of SL, then yes I may try the leads out.

That makes sense...I was just confused when you said you don't sell leads, except to your sales force, and then you say you do sell leads....Sounds like the leads are working for you and your guys...congrats

Sorry. One last point before you all are scratching your heads. One...Senior advisor..THANKS! Two...incase you all are like "wait...I thought he didn't sell leads outside???" I developed some IN leads thinking I(yes I actually DO sell) had my IN non rez lic and found out it expired. Instead of renewing for only 7 leads...I reached out to try and get rid of them. He sold one out of five and(I hope you don't mind me saying Senior)...I sold them to him for $50! Yes...fifty bucks!!!

All together now, can we say....BANKED!

See the key to telesales is simple. The right product(though I know, I know Senior Life SUCKS! I get it but we LOVE them.) The right script. Most of all...the right leads. You really can't find a better lead?! That is why I post it on my sight. GO! Listen! TELL ME THEY SUCK! I sign off on every single lead. I run the marketing dept myself. So if the leads suck...I'm to blame.

You tie all that in together and again...work an agent in a call center NOT form home...you actually CAN make it in telesales. I literally could give a rats ass what anyone says to the contrary because I'm the one who see's it everyday. Not go off of fairy tail myths or some "vendetta" to try and smear my name cough, cough JD. Oh crap. Excuse em. I didn't me for that to come out.LOLHAHAHA Ok....now I'm gonna get some backlash from the all knowing JD so I'm gonna close down, put the kids to bed and order a movie about Napolean.
