I agree Daviso -- I'd want fresh Agents working in a call center so as not to deal with all the pre-conceived notions regarding FE telesales.
Chalk it up to another bad speller on here, I am probably in the top ten.

ROFL -- Professionals can spell "insurance" correctly.
I see lots of folks goober up "you're" and "your," but gotta admit this is the first time I've ever seen "insurec."

Actually there use to be a member on here that has insurance in their name and it was spelled wrong.

What size do FE companies come in? S, M, L? Can I get a XXXL or are they one size fits all? What if one sleeve needs to be longer than the other, can I get a tailored fit?

Perhaps he would do better if he chose a company or two and tailored himself to fit those companies.
