NEED: A "killer" Way to Set Appointments!

Don't give up just keep working at it hard and you will succeed sometimes it will get you down and then the ball will roll and you will be right back up it is the nature of the sales beast.

Yup, that'll happen- running appts all day- no shows.. people want you to just leave info with them even after you told them the day before you'd run a quick presentation on all the products etc...

Then the next day your 1st 2 appts are no shows and you'll want to go get drunk somewhere, decide you'll go see that last appt and bam!.. $90 a month premium

Ambitious approach. Do you count a DK where nobody is home, or only those where you talk to the lead and have a sit down? I do appointments, but I've recently started door knocking my older leads to boost production without boosting lead cost.

I do count the "nobody's home" but take copious notes to the time, ask neighbors when they can be reached, leave "delivery notices", etc...it all comes out in the wash

I used an appointment setter for the first time for two weeks right after Thanks Giving. I think the setter was pretty good but I didn't have good luck at all. Too many no shows and people calling back to cancel appointments. It may have been because of the timing, so close to christmas. Not sure, but at this point in time I will continue to set my own appointments.

The thing I like about having a appt setter is that it allows me to work consecutive days in the field. For example, now I can work Tues, Wed, Thurs in the field. Before I would be in the field on Tues + Thurs and sett appts Mon + Wed.
