I hold an Insurance & Real Estate License in Az; I’ve taken a break from both for a while now.
I would like to get back into business, but I am leaning towards doing a couple of RE Deals a year under 6 and referring out any leads that I get and working with consumers on their financials and retirement, which may involve real estate needs.
I am planning now to start ramping up for 2023. I am good with my RE Broker and might change my Insurance Broker. I do have a separate business from me and it has own credit and such.
Have any other agents done this and any advice would be appreciated.
