Need Auto Dialer Info

We are currently using one in our office called Make My Calls and it works great. We use them to call business leads that are scrubbed against the DNC list. You can get a lot of the calls made and still be able to do some other things while calling i.e. mailers, postcards, etc.... It also allows you to pre-record a message that you just click one button and it leaves the message and begins to dial another line. Very nice software if you are looking for a dialer to use.

What is the Cost of this system...? (single seat)

The cost is $395 for the software we purchased one copy and are able to use it remote from our homes if we like through a program called go to my pc.

Where's Alsky when you need him?

Hands down cheapest multi line VOIP or Analog solution, although it is not predictive and some features are broke and no one seems to have any intention on fixing them.

It is a good sequential dialer though.

Define auto dialer....
Sorry, but I was thinking predictive dialer, I think you are talking voice broadcast dialer. Curious now what you are really asking about.

Dan

Sorry, I don't know the exact terminology but this thread is starting to answer the questions. My understanding is that it is a pain to manually punch in numbers and therefore if you had a system that automatically dialed it would make life easier. Predictive dialers are another facet that I would like to know more about. Mainly, what happens if it gets multiple people on the phone at once. You can't talk to two people at once and with MostChoice leads, that is going to happen if it dials multiple numbers at a time. Because most agents buy leads from a collection of lead sources, they dump my leads in with all the others so we do have agents that use predictive dialers with MostChoice leads.

How do you work the pre-recorded message so the secretary doesn't dump the call?

Just allow your customers to obtain their lead information in a csv format, and it should work with every dialer.

The ones that are using dialers are having us post directly to a web server. We provide real-time leads so CSV probably is a little too slow for us. I don't know much about the process from webserver on. I'm trying to figure out how that works.

Predictive Dialers :: Power Dialers by EVS This has a whole list of them. I have demoed green mamba, doesn't come with a crm, but you can pay for one. All Voip, but they are working with something for a cell phone

How did Green Mamba work with Skype? Was the voice quality good? Who has the phone lines for these services? I assume you don't have to have multiple phone lines, the service handles that and they just patch it through to you. Is this how it works?
