Need Auto Dialer Info

Mike,

You can pre-record a message and if you get a voice mail you hit the leave message button. The system will leave the message and while doing so it will begin to dial another number at the same time.

mamba is good, but with all voips i think sound issues is a matter of internet connection and not the software. Most of these dialer softwares have a voicemail button that leaves a number of prerecorded messages when there is a voicemail met. Another thing is you hear everything going on, so you dont have to wait to be connected to a human voice, atleast that has been my experience with dialers.

That's great info. Just leaving the message is valuable in and of itself. If an agent can record "the perfect message" and hit a button and leave that message each time, his call back percentage is going to increase.

I dont know, Al's a great guy, but his dialer is too expensive to rent for 200$ a monthwhen you can go and buy one

I disagree.

$995 if paid annually for 4 lines and NO per minute charge, you can't beat that with Ma Bell....

By the way if anyone is interested I have Make My Calls CX dialer about 10 to 12 "boxes" and software like new sitting in my closet - if anyone is interested PM me. I paid around $4000 ish I believe for the whole setup - I will negotiate and discount it heavy, PM me I will take pics.

I forgot I had it...

I am about 99% sure this is illegal, I would do some homework on this before you pre record anything.

If that is so, how can InsideSales.com stay in business?

That is one of the many benefits of their power dialer that they tout.

We are talking about pre-recording a vm and clicking a button to leave the message when we get an answering machine not voice blast right?

What I was referring to would have human involvement. An agent would hear the voicemail of the contact person on the lead and instead of leaving the message himself/herself he/she would save their voice and just hit the button. The only difference is that rather than speaking the same message 100's of times it would be recorded once (perfectly) and then the dialer would "speak" it to the answering machine/voicemail for the agent while it dialed the next number. It's just a timesaver/voicesaver, not an automated blast.

Correct and I believe this is illegal.

Alsky??? Where you at?

Any good dialers for a Mac? None of the ones mentioned here work with Mac. Except maybe Al's but he did not respond to my inquiry.

Never illegal to a biz - just don't tie up all their lines at the same time.

Residential - some States have laws - but never enforced.

However - come 9/09 the FTC laws go into effect and will be enforced on the Federal level with State involvement.

Fines are going to be severe enough that we will not be doing residential.

Good luck,

Tom
