Maybe you gave them too many choices.
Maybe they're unsure if this fulfills their needs
Maybe you didn't take away the pain
Maybe they have reluctance and it's just gorilla smoke
Maybe they perceive a risk

Maybe you should try to find out.

Have you read Question Based Selling by Tom Freese? Great book! Read it, highlight it, then read it again.

Let me know what you think of it when you get through it. I've had a chance to meet some extremely successful salespeople employing this system in multiple industries, not just financial services, and none of them would ever go back.
