Now the question becomes is the grandson older than 18 and what is family income. I have a feeling that this will be an adult grandson with too much money.

Thanks Somarco, that's a great site. The grandson is 20 and not eligible for Peachcare or medicaid. Apparently he has an uncle that owns a small business. May be his only option.
