Exactly. But you aren't taxed on your advances yet until their earned because advances are basically loans.
Commissions are considered earned as the client makes payments. So if you are wanting to know the "real" numbers ask to see their 1099s.
gotcha totally makes sense, i misread your previous post. because 1099 is taxable income. so only earned commissions with show up
