So what are the good apples?Talk about bad apples.
Actually they are not bad as a company, training is not what is should be, but the AGENTS can make a decent company bad. I work for them and yes the appointments can be sh*t and you have to dig for money and yes they need better training, but they do have people who have been with them for years, they don't do massive recrutting like some, NAA, Combined, Assurance Group, etc. There are some things I do not like, but thus far I'm making a better income with them then with any other agency I've been with. I call my customers and I dont' hide from them. However that doesn't mean my clients dont' misunderstand what I'm saying or get upset vs. reading their mail. AND dont' every agent is me nor I them.
I've heard bad things about AIG and Prudential as well, but every company has good apples that may produce a few bad seeds. That's life.
