It has a 0/10 pagerank, a worse alexa rank than my own site, and charges 20-30 dollars per month plus 125 to join.

I think i'll pass.

Thanks for the spam though.. I mean info.

I'm being honest, not rude. Right now it's worth zero and as you're building it you should offer free listings. Because until it starts generating not only massive traffic but leads for the agents it's not worth $1.00.

If you decide you want to charge agents you should ditch the 12 month lock-in. They'll just file a chargeback anyway. No one's going to pay for anything for 12 months if they don't receive leads.

I can only tell you this much: You're using PayPal and as agents become unhappy if they're not getting leads they'll just call PayPal and start complaining. After a certain amount of complaints about your business PayPal will lock your account.

So you can do what you want, but you're not going to sell agents on the concept of paying money and generating leads if leads are ultimately not generated. No one's going to continue to pay.

I also think the $125 set up fee is bogus. Seems like a way to just grab more money. What exactly is being "set up?"

I charge $19.95 recurring for my association but I'm not aware of anything I have to set up.

Not only is there nothing for your company to set up but in fact the agents have to enter all the data about their business when they sign up. The sign up fee is a scam and it'll prevent probably 90% of your potential agent base from signing up.

Tell your partners that the $125 is going to cost them untold thousands in lost business. Companies that charge a set up fee actually set something up - like buying a CRM and their service rep has to spend 2 to 3 hours setting up the system.

Your new business has no "name" so don't hold your breath on agents plopping down $125. I have over 1,000 members. If I charged a "set up fee" I'd probably be down over 70%. When agents see a "set up fee" where it's apparent there's nothing to set up they smell "scam."

I'm in a particularly bad mood today so I'll tell this to you staright.

You come to this site in a dishonest manner asking if we've seen YOUR site.

So I'll put this in terms even you can understand. Your post proves that you have no ethics and no matter what you're offering I wouldn't trust you.

We've had many more a-holes come here and you are just the latest in a long line of jackasses who think they can deceive us.

You start off as a liar and you'll leave as a liar.

Rick

This isn't the way to go about getting new business... Since your website has ZERO influence online and you're dealing with online buyers on this forum you'll be better served contacting companies not yet online.

It's obvious that you weren't really expecting anyone to say "Yes, I saw that site since Monday and thought it was so amazing I didn't even ask about it yet!". Honestly, I don't even know what kind of answer you're expecting.

But, if you plan on charging a fee for a YooExplorer template with no clout your best bet is to target the offline world. If you put in enough marketing babble about Internet trends, web 2.0, greatest marketing machine every, yada yada yada... I'm sure you'll make a few sales a day from agents that feel they're already missing out.

I have a site like this for another industry, but I don't charge for it... I also don't run adsense on it...

My advice is to reconsider your monetization strategy.

And the fact that this thread will be your highest SERP is only going to add injury to insult.
