I'm telling you, this lady is like the forum police. She talks about people's poor grammar usage and now telling us what is ethical. She needs to learn the difference between a prospect and a client. If you send everyone to another agent, they are now that agent's CLIENT and another lost PROSPECT to you. They aren't going to refer anyone to you because you helped them find an agent more competent than you. They'll give their agent the referrals. Or do you still believe they are your client at this point? Heck you're confusing me now!!!
