When can we start selling MA plans to under 65 prospects, I think they'd love some free insurance too.

At first it was certain religions that would be exempt and we all know how that would be exploited.
Now certain business are exempt?
This bill has more holes than a block of Swiss cheese.

At the rate obama is going we won't have to wait on the republicans to repeal Obamacare, he is doing a fine job of it himself.

How can the government offer waivers to 29 companies and not all the rest?

Same way they can require some states to pay for Medicaid expansion while others do not have to fund it.
