Offered by AGLA

do yall sell alot of ci and cancer since the abr's are included? i have stopped asking. maybe shame on me...

Good info on the AGLA job. I have inquired with them, and will be interviewing with them on Thursday. As a new agent I feel they have a very good program to start out at.

For the ones who are in the process of being hired there, and also for the ones that are working there now....What is the 6 Units test? I have spoken with the manager that will be interviewing me on Thursday and he mentioned that I will have to go through a 6 units test/evaluation before officially starting. He also said this has taken agents a week, and sometimes 3 months to complete. What is this???

How smooth was your hiring process?

Thanks a bunch for any info on this!!!

It is a process where you try them and they try you. After you succeed in your temporary contract by writing a few pieces of business, you then begin your salary (either 13, or 17 weeks depending). Now during that initial phase you are learning at AGLA's career campus. You complete those online modules AS you go out with your manager and learn the presentation.

It's a good gig if you can walk into small businesses and introduce yourself.

Didn't see this question when it was first posted.

I still sell them (the Cancer policy especially.) Since the free ABRs are geared to how they condition affects life expectancy, it is nice to have a stated benefit.. Of course you can get a sated benefit with the new ABR also.

Does AGLA offer the Western Reserve Life Product (term with living benefits) to special reps or whatever they are called?
