74 yr old, smokes cigars, one bp med - 10K for $94 and some change... ???? does that sound right to anyone...

There is a smoke shop in downtown Chattanooga that has some seating on the sidewalk. It seams out of place to see well dressed ladies sitting there and smoking cigars..
