Under "products", there are a number of free recordings that explain the system. It looks like the author is an NML GA.

There's also Dr. Barry Alberstein. He developed the "CAM" system - the electronic / online version of OCS. Alberstein Consulting - Achieving Independence by Focusing on the Controllable

I am convinced a new agent can not fail if they set two new fact finders per day. Whether those are single need or comprehensive, you will bring on new clients and have a great career with a growing income. Over simplified, but that is the core of the OCS.
