Organizing Leads... how do you do it?

I just started a new system with Bonzo. It allows you to create campaigns and customize them however you want. It will send out messages, voicemails, and emails for you and then track the responses. I put in 300 leads from old lists and have got around 10 deals out of it. Paid for itself, something worth looking into. Good luck.

The influx of leads on a weekly basis is getting to be a challenge to keep up with.

Was wondering how some of you approach this. What systems do you have in place to keep track of leads so that they just don't slip away in a pile somewhere and you are clue less.

I print each lead out on to a form that tracks each batch by issue date, and each lead has a number. The sheet also has an are of note keeping by date so that each follow-up is tracked, but beyond that I'm needing some ideas of how others manage the flow of weekly leads.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on if you're calling for permission to knock or just knocking for initial attempts. For door knocking, nothing beats the assembly line approach.

Most CRMs out there can take care of this as other people have already mentioned. Agency AutoPilot is one of a million that are out there. My flavor of choice is Zoho One as it contains 40+ different tools you can utilize help manage your agency, however, this isn't for everyone.

You should definitely look at a few options, evaluate your requirements and see if it tool hits your needs. If so then you also should think about resources (like time and money) and see if the tool meets your requirements here. Lastly, you should also think about future-proofing. Inevitably, your business will grow and systems/processes will change so you need to think about how easy it will be to update them and how easy it is.

At least this way you have thought about whether this tool is actually the one for you or not. It's usually best to evaluate 3-5 options so you know what else is out there and have done your due diligence.
