Does anyone have any opinions on the company, good or bad?

I noticed that they are rated B++, should I be concerned doing business with a company that is not at least A- rated?

Long story short:
- You can get a direct contract with them at 120%
- They are B++
- Underwriting is strict

Anything less than an A++ is a compromise.

Just kidding. Oxford is a great company. It's hard for small companies to move from B to A but Oxford is going the right direction.

Any B++ company I've ever dealt with has been some of the best run and best customer service companies of all time. ForeThought was great when they were B+ and now have moved to an A. Oxford will eventually get there too. They are doing everything right and have been listed in the Wards Top 50 list for several years.

I love working with Oxford. Their rates are excellent and they're so easy to work with. I like their agent website as well. They have some really nice customizable marketing pieces that are easy to get to. One of my favorite carriers to deal with.

Is it best to contract direct with the company or do you have to go through an IMO?

120% FYC is standard for new producers with Oxford Life. You can just contract with them right online through their website.
