Male NT 62. Pacemaker placed 26 months ago. $25k face. Is on cholesterol meds and ateno for the pacemaker.

Americo should be good also along with Settlers Silver. Don't bother with RNA on that. They ask 36 months.
It is iffy with Americo. The Ateno is the key. If prescribed for Hyperten than UP1, if not is will be UP2 or 3.
They will do a PHI on this and it depends on how the client answers why he is taking the Ateno. If for the Pacemaker, it is for ongoing treatment and he will get graded at best with Americo....
Stick with Settlers Silver would be my first app.

You're right on that. I would go Settlers Silver. Also for the phone interview. I'm not a fan of POS interviews but I do like to do them in iffy cases like this. That recording is a good CYA.

Settlers is $136/mo. That's kinda high. Americo is $114/mo. They might worth trying at that much difference.
AmCon is $120/mo. I think I would roll with AmCon.
