Well, that's who I'd want to talk to, wouldn't you? I assume the company would have you talk to their most successful agents. Your response indicates, however, that you want to speak to the ones who are failing and struggling because they'll tell you the "truth." The problem is they'll be telling you their truth. Their truth doesn't have to be your truth unless that is what you want.
