Pay Issues with RNA

The only thing about Mon is how they pay I took 6 month advance then they paid as earned for the next 6 starting the first month. It allowed me to build a steady income in 6 months and get off advances with every other company. other than that they are a pain and I barely write them now.

I have found Settlers to be a very pleasant company to do business with. They are a class act. Unusual advance system. If you are on 60% advance.. You get paid the remaining 40% each month as earned. Gives the opportunity to build an as earned check as well as an advance check.

That's how Monumental does it as well as LH. Personally I don't like that. It's kinda of a captive mindset. Companies that were formally captive seem to be the ones that pay that way.

Yea, with all the negatives stacking up against Monumental, I might stay away from them for now. They are middle of the road pricing, and what I thought was more liberal which would give me impression that I need to get licensed with them, but hearing all this, I am not going to bother.

Back to the original poster, I would definitely charge for leads, there is way too much costs involved, plus the agents are not going to be happy with a reduced contract at 50% or whatever it is for a long time. You will end up having to be more of a baby sitter with leads and a lot of micromanaging almost leaves no time for you to produce on your own..

Better idea would to give the agents that are producing lead credits per ap written. Eventually I am going to do that when I start hiring, I did it with some success back 8 years ago, but maybe things have changed, more lazy agents or what not:no:

all imho

woops, wrong thread for this..lol sorry

Anyone else having issues getting paid with RNA?? They had some IT difficulties which affected a # of agent getting paid on policies. I have 1 since last friday that I havent been paid on (usually take 2 biz days) & another they paid me as earned when Im on advanced.

Anyone else??

They're probably just running a little bit behind. I would give one of the underwriter a call and ask them if they could expedite the processing of your application.
