It should not be a left or right issue. Which is why I am baffled that so many on the right (who I typically associate more with respect for those who served far more than I do peaceniks on the left) to have followed the big orange coward down that particular rabbit hole.

Do you even understand why there is such a turnover? Do you even for one second get it? You run a call center where you give out "jobs". We offer an opportunity, not a job. However, when it comes to most people, they really have no business running a business! This is why they fail for the most part. It's not all about the training like you probably think it is. Too much info out there nowadays for an agent not to succeed if it was just training.

Most people are lazy. Lazy people don't do well running a business, sole proprietorship, whatever you want to call it. They don't have the tenacity that it takes.

So you see Ramiz, please stop thinking that you are the all being master of FE and how to run a business. Your lead business was a failure, so don't act like you are all that.
