Not for nothing, but at that price point I'd be shocked if these weren't the illegal ones. There is an FMO on here that's currently dealing with a lawsuit because on of his agents did this.

There are folks on here that have used this type of a lead before and they convert well with a good ROI, but them being illegal is a big flag.

That got settled.

The agent was basically ready to swear them off anyway. The ROI just isn't there anymore, at least where the agent was.
