I have one of my policies that is still pending. Under requirement comments it just says supervisor.

Her husband had already been approved. This lady had cancer over 3 years out but during the PHI the interviewer said that they saw someone with her name/s.s. # had cancer 1 year out. I talked with the clients after the PHI and they said they had proof that it was over 3 years ago.

Should I call UW?

It may be as simple as calling into new business on Monday morning and they will issue it. Anyway call them and see what's up.
