Royal Neighbors...

Picked them up because of not having weight or height questions. Just a few things I have noticed so far:

  1. Their e-app is the bomb... easy and quick. (especially for electronic challenged folks like me)
  2. Their commission on street is good. (however, their pricing is high)
  3. Agent services fast. (requested some glossies and had them in 2 days flat, call me impressed)

So far, as a new arrow in my quiver, I will not complain. Thought I would just pass this along to others who might be looking.

Also if you are aware of any things to be aware of add your 2 cents.

What I find kinda funny about their FE e-app, is that they have no problem with agents writing business remotely via their voice-signature app, but for some reason, it's not allowed it with their e-application - go figure!

Thanks @titeye, ran a few of new LBL's my self and it just had a different feel to it, found myself a few times wanting to step in ask what they were doing... confused a bit.

Yes, they are bit faster, but still a bit awkward. A few times I or the client repeated things that had already been stated. On one call, the guy and his girl friend kept looking at me when the weirdness started. I just shrugged my shoulders. At the end I said to them they must be training.

Just about the time you get use to the saddle on some of these carriers, they up and change the horse.

I guess a lot of the "creative minds" working for these carriers never heard of the phrase - "if ain't broke, don't fix it"!

It's almost like they have nothing better to do than sit around and come up with ways to screw up a perfectly good product/app/system etc.!

I heard from our RVP that remote signature for their eApp will be available this year. It seems to me that all carriers need to implement this option since it looks like Covid 19 is going to stick around and may clients/agents need a remote solution.
