I have opportunity for an Agency Sales Director position with MetLife. Does anyone know what kind of base salary is included? Also, does MetLife have a general agency system or a corporate office/location system? Any insight is welcome.
I believe those are questions you should ask in the interview, keep in mind, you're trying to sell them on hiring you and they're trying to sell you on working for them. Don't be shy, fire away!
